• Guided Weight Machines that target each muscle group

• Swim Team that runs from October to March for the winter season and a short six week season from mid June to July

Outdoor Nature & Sensory Trail

• The AHYMCA Outdoor Nature & Sensory Trail invites you to escape, explore, and embrace the outdoors as you immerse yourself in our ¼ mile trail that engages your senses and provides places to rest and relax along the way.

Outdoor Playground & Covered Picnic Shelter

• Visit our outdoor playground, located at the far end of the parking lot. Features GameTime playground systems for ages 2-5 and 5-12 with a 9″ base of engineered wood fiber. While visiting, be sure to enjoy our covered picnic shelter as well as our Nature & Sensory Trail.
