Lifeguard Certification
American Red Cross lifeguarding certification. Includes First Aid, CPR, and lifeguarding curriculum.
Must Past the Pre Requisites before the start of class
Swim 3 continuous laps with either Front Crawl or Breast Stroke
Tread Water for 2 mins without hands
Swim 1 additional Lap with either Front Crawl or Breast Stroke
Retrieve 10lb weight from the bottom of the deep end and swim back to shallow end with the weight on your chest.
August Dates: Thursday-Saturday 27th-29th
